How to operate?
Press up to 3s to turn on when you hear “beep”
Short press the button to adjust the volume.
There are 6 sound levels of volume for different occasion, and you will hear a “beep” sound each time a level goes up. You will hear three times “beep” at the max volume.
If you press again, it goes back to the lowest level.
Press up to 3s to turn off when you hear “beep beep”

Question: How many channels?
Answer: 1 mono channel for left ear, 1 mono channel for right ear. Just like with ears. Stereo happens in the brain.
Question: What is the brush and thin tooth-pick size thing for?
Answer: Pick is to take wax out of the hearing aid. With some people wax builds up on them. Brush is for getting dust and dirt off.

Answer: We only offer the black ones. At the moment manufacturers are able to do white and black models only. Thank you

Answer: Good …it has adjustable volume
Question: what is the size of the battery - battery number?
Answer: rechargeable battery no replacement like some cell phone.
Question: Do the charger it work outside United State?
Answer: You will need an adapter for out of the USA.
Question: my ear has lost its ability to muffle loud noises, so I wear earmuffs when I use a hammer, does this unit muffle sudden loud noises?
Answer: These are amplifiers. They definitely amplify the TV and other household sounds. I can hear my refrigerator running from the living room. Are used to keep my TV volume at about 25 when I wear the amplifiers I can put it down to about 10. I don’t think it’s gonna muffle anything, It’s going to amplify if anything.
