Tai Lihua was deaf at the age of two, but she created art in a unique way. At the age of 15, she became the leading dancer of China Disabled Persons Art Troupe. In 1999, she joined the art troupe of Hubei Disabled Persons Federation. In August 2002, she was transferred to Beijing China Disabled Persons Art troupe as the leader of the cast team and vice chairman of China special art association;

At the age of 28, he became art director and shaped the special art classic my dream. Her leading dance “thousand hands Guanyin” shocked the world at 2004 Athens Paralympic Games;
