Cap (categories of audit performance) auditory behavior grading standard is a questionnaire reflecting the level of hearing in patients’ daily living environment. It can be used in a wide range of ages, from infants to adults, and can meet the needs of patients’ auditory assessment in the process of growing up from children to adults.

The standard is divided into 1-8 levels, and the close contacts in the living environment of the patients are graded according to their behavioral response to all external sounds (including environmental sound and speech sound).
